About dBase III & IV File Options

• dBase File Field: These are the fields that your dBase file contains that you need to be map to the DAZzle Professional fields.

• DAZzle Professional Field: These are the Address Book fields in DAZzle to which you need to map to the fields in your dBase fields.

Save Dash in ZIP Code: To save the dash in nine-digit ZIP Codes, select the Save Dash in ZIP Code check box. Otherwise, DAZzle stores only the nine-digits without the dash.

The Sample Address area displays the first address so that you can see the effects of all of the selected options. The sample address shows how the first record appears on the envelope.
